WARNING: If you have to disable your NatSpeak add-in, you will drastically limit Dragon's functionality and may not even be able to dictate. As you noted, you are receiving a lucky error but our preferred method, as detailed in our previous answer, is to rename the C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking15\Program\dgnoutook.dll, rather than deleting it. Having said that, we recommend against this procedure except in Microsoft Excel. After you close and relaunch these programs, the Dragon NatSpeak Outlook add-in will be re-enabled. While you can “Run As Administrator” ~ Outlook, Word or Excel, this procedure only works once. The only issue is that once removed you can't trigger the ribbon menus which I use very often. Glad to know I am not the only one who finds the Excel add-in extremely useless, especially on very large files. We use Excel for customer and serial number information all day but don't use much dictation. Microsoft Excel 2019 was freezing our DPG 15.5 and File Explorer a few times a week, until we renamed the nearly useless dgnexcel.dll add-in. We recommend experimenting by re-naming the dgnexcel.dll add-in rather than deleting it. However, when it comes to Microsoft Excel, the dgnexcel.dll add-in is about as valuable as lipstick on a pig. As Stephan noted, we also strongly recommend against disabling Word and Outlook add-ins because you probably won't be able to dictate unless you have DragonCapture and even then, you won't have Select-&-Say. You'll find details on disabling Dragon add-ins when you click the Quick Tips button, at the top of this page, and search for “How to Disable Dragon” (add-ins).
